It was a beautiful day today, so we invited our neighbors over to kick off the firepit season and have a margarita to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. It ended up being a strange night...
First we had a fox wandering through the neighborhood.

Then, some of the kids had a big 4 square game.
We got the firepit going and the kids started making s'mores...and the wind kicked up.
And brought in a massive thunderstorm with it!

All in all, not a great start to firepit season, but still a fun night and I got this cool picture of the lightning!
